Joining our newly established Sales team the Telemarketing role is one where you are helping promote our image to local and national commercial businesses. You will be working closely with your new department to achieve the same goal of bringing in new business.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self- motivated and hard-working individual to join our values driven & close-knit team.

Located in Blackburn with close access to the M65, local transport and only a 3-mile journey from the train station we are easy to find and commute to. We have our own car park for those wishing to drive.

Telemarketing Job Responsibilities:

– Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls to promote and sell our services
– Upsell services effectively to customers
– Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into databases for mailing and billing purposes
– Maintain a list of potential leads to follow up with subsequent sales pitches
– Assist sales colleagues by arranging meetings and conducting sales calls with customers
– Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback
– Monitor quote status to ensure that clients have received quotes and chase where required
– Investigate unfilled quotes and resolve customer queries as necessary
– Re-directing sales enquiries to appropriate employees

Working hours are Monday – Friday with Flexitime available between the hours of 8am – 5pm.

Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:

Formal Training is not Required. We are looking for an individual who has the confidence to pick up the phone and be proactive in generating sales leads. We believe personality and drive outweigh skills that can be taught.
